Randall's diversified background as both a craftsman and an executive gives our operations team experience in just about every type of building project.  From new commercial projects, custom new home construction, mall stores, restaurants, and hotels, to complete renovation and restoration projects; commercial office buildings; industrial facilities and special military defense projects; he has been afforded the opportunity to stay on top of the many new construction techniques of today's market.

Randall is an experienced project manager for commercial and industrial projects.  He has been responsible for many city, state, and federal government projects throughout the United States.  Having also been an estimator with a major New York based company, coupled with his hands-on field experience, he has made his estimating expertise a great asset in working with developers and owners to define scope and reduce construction cost.

Randall directs the overall construction activities of DeRanz Building Systems, including estimating, operations, and project management.  With over 33 years of diversified experience in construction, Randall's hands-on style of management has proved to be instrumental to the vitality and growth of the company.  Below is a list of some of the many projects completed during his career.  He has negotiated and completed over 1400 projects since founding DeRanz in 1987.

  • OVER 2,000,000 SQUARE FEET OF INTERIOR OFFICE BUILD OUTS.
  • NEW HOTEL AND MOTEL INTERIOR BUILD OUTS FOR DRURY INNS AND RED ROOF INNS.
  • AS AN IBM BUSINESS PARTNER CONTRACTOR, 6 NEW DATA CENTERS.
  • MEDICAL FACILITIES FOR RADIOLOGISTS, DERMATOLOGISTS, DENTISTS.
  • IN 2004, COMPLETED NEW CYCLOTRON LAB FOR R.N.P. OF JACKSON, INC.
  • RCA/AEROSPACE & DEFENSE MISSILE & SURFACE RADAR TEST FACILITY.
  • PHILADELPHIA NAVAL SHIPYARD DRY DOCK RENOVATION.
  • PENNSYLVANIA BUREAU OF PRISONS, INMATE FACILITIES.
